BAR ADMISSIONS

Victor J. Gordon, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney of a boutique, client-focused law practice in Georgia, bringing a uniquely grounded perspective shaped by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to advocacy.

A native of New York City, Attorney Gordon was raised with an appreciation for hard work, discipline, and community. He is a proud graduate of the Milton Hershey School (MHS), where he completed his secondary education in 2002. MHS is a boarding school founded by the chocolate magnate, Milton Hershey, with the mission of providing a top notch education to low income children. Shortly after graduation, he answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy, where he served as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman. His time at MHS, and his military experience instilled in him discipline, precision, and a mission-first mindset that continues to guide his legal practice.

Following his honorable service, Attorney Gordon pursued higher education at Long Island University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work (B.S.W.). He went on to work in social services throughout the New York metropolitan area, advocating for underserved individuals and families. This work provided him with invaluable insight into the real-world challenges people face—insight that continues to shape his compassionate and client-centered approach to the law.

Determined to expand his impact through legal advocacy, Attorney Gordon earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During his time there, he distinguished himself through both academic excellence and public service. He was named to the Dean’s List, received the Renata Turner Scholarship for Public Interest, and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Domestic Relations and Privacy/Cybersecurity Law. In recognition of his commitment to service, he was also awarded Distinguished Honors for Pro Bono Excellence.

Attorney Gordon gained practical legal experience through a year-long internship with Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where he assisted clients facing critical civil legal issues. He also completed a judicial clerkship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he developed insight into employment law and federal administrative procedures. Researching legal questions and writing the Orders for a Federal Administrative Law Judge, helped develop and refine Attorney Gordon's legal research and writing skills.

Today, Attorney Gordon has tailored his practice to criminal defense at all levels, representing individuals facing charges ranging from misdemeanors to the most serious felony offenses. He is well versed in related areas of law and has experience handling criminal matters of varying complexity and sophistication. His trial experience includes jury and bench trials in cases ranging from DUI offenses to serious violent felony charges, including murder.

In addition to his criminal defense practice, Attorney Gordon remains committed to serving those who have served. From time to time, he represents veterans seeking to obtain disability benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs, assisting with Compensation and Pension claims and navigating the often complex VA system.

As a sole practitioner, Attorney Gordon provides diligent, strategic, and person-centered representation. His diverse professional background—spanning military service, social work, and legal advocacy—equips him with a unique perspective and an unwavering dedication to protecting his clients’ rights and pursuing just outcomes.
