A native of New York City, Attorney Gordon was raised with an appreciation for hard work, discipline, and community. Shortly after graduation, he answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy, where he served as an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman. His time at MHS, and his military experience instilled in him discipline, precision, and a mission-first mindset that continues to guide his legal practice. Following his honorable service, Attorney Gordon pursued higher education at Long Island University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work (B.S.W.). He went on to work in social services throughout the New York metropolitan area, advocating for underserved individuals and families. This work provided him with invaluable insight into the real-world challenges people face—insight that continues to shape his compassionate and client-centered approach to the law. Determined to expand his impact through legal advocacy, Attorney Gordon earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During his time there, he distinguished himself through both academic excellence and public service. He was named to the Dean’s List, received the Renata Turner Scholarship for Public Interest, and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Domestic Relations and Privacy/Cybersecurity Law. In recognition of his commitment to service, he was also awarded Distinguished Honors for Pro Bono Excellence.
